Refunds and returns
Our fulfilment process begins immediately after an order is received, once your order has been processed, refunds can no longer be processed.
We at Skin Remedy strive to provide our customers with high-quality skin care products and excellent customer service. However, due to the nature of skin care products and the risk of contamination, we have established the following return policy to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers.
Once skin care products have been received by the customer, they cannot be returned or exchanged due to the potential risk of contamination.
This policy applies to all skin care products, including but not limited to creams, lotions, serums and toners
We maintain strict quality control measures throughout our manufacturing and packaging processes to ensure that all products leave our facilities in optimal condition.
Defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days at info@skinremedysa.co.za if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the event that you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact usimmediately with the following information:
• Your order number or proof of purchase
• Which item(s) is/ are damaged
• Photographic evidence and description
