Shipping policy

Delivery options:

Skin Remedy provides courier delivery services to both residential addresses and office locations within South Africa.

Process:

Once you place an order and payment is received, you will receive an email that your order has been confirmed and received. We will then send you another email once your order has been packed and is ready to ship. This will contain tracking info for your benefit.

Delivery Times:

Main centres: 3-5 working days

Outlying and regional areas: 5-7 working days

Please note we do not deliver on weekends. your delivery will arrive during the working week - Monday to Friday.

Tracking:

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been packed. you will then receive a sms on the morning of your order's arrival.

Please make sure that there is someone to receive your order at your nominated address between Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
